DMKaro respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like your account and associated data to be deleted from DMKaro, please follow the steps below:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to team@dmkaro.in with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request”
Please include:
– Your registered email address
– Your registered mobile number (if applicable)
– Your DMKaro account username (if applicable)
Option 2: Account Deletion from Dashboard
If available, users can request account deletion directly from their DMKaro account settings.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete:
– Account information
– Name
– Email address
– Mobile number
– Instagram account connection data
– Automation settings and configurations
– User-generated platform data
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required by:
– Applicable laws and regulations
– Fraud prevention purposes
– Security and dispute resolution requirements
Any retained information will be securely stored and deleted when no longer required.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7–30 business days after verification of ownership.
