As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, DMKaro provides access to digital services and automation tools. By purchasing any subscription or service from DMKaro, you agree to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to DMKaro are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not provide refunds once a subscription, plan, or service has been purchased and activated.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issue while using DMKaro:
– Our support team will investigate the issue.
– We will make reasonable efforts to resolve bugs, errors, or platform-related problems.
– Users should report issues to our support team at team@dmkaro.in.
Technical support and issue resolution will be provided, but such issues do not qualify for a refund.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
– Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
– Access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
– No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing plan features, pricing, and compatibility before making a purchase.
DMKaro is not responsible for refunds due to:
– Change of mind
– Lack of usage
– Business performance expectations
– Instagram or Meta policy changes
– User configuration errors
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, DMKaro may, at its sole discretion, offer account credits, subscription extensions, or other remedies instead of monetary refunds.
Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
